By accessing the site, creating an account, selecting OAuth sign-in, posting content, or otherwise using VersalSpace, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms.
• Registration information must be accurate, current, and yours to provide.
• You must not impersonate another person, organization, agency, mission, or official account.
• You are responsible for your password, email account, devices, sessions, and account activity.
• Promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the contact page.
• We may require email verification, re-authentication, or reasonable security checks.

Account access is revocable permission, not ownership in the service. We may reject usernames, recover names used for impersonation or trademark abuse, and suspend accounts under these Terms.

• Do not break applicable law, court orders, contractual duties, or third-party rights.
• Do not post fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or deliberately dangerous material.
• Do not harass, dox, expose credentials or private data, or encourage violence or self-harm.
• Do not infringe copyright, trademark, database, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Do not distribute malware, phishing, spam, deceptive links, or material intended to compromise systems.
• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, bulk-download, or train automated systems where prohibited by robots.txt, access controls, law, or written restriction.
• Do not probe, bypass, disable, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with authentication, rate limits, security, APIs, servers, or users.
• Do not use automated accounts without written permission, except ordinary indexing that follows published directives.
• Do not present site information as official, guaranteed, flight-certified, investment advice, or a substitute for primary operational sources.

You retain ownership of original content you submit and represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions. You are responsible for your submissions.

By submitting content, you grant Sahastranshu Sharma a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for display and accessibility, publish, distribute, communicate, moderate, and promote it solely to operate, secure, improve, and present VersalSpace. The license lasts while content is hosted and for a reasonable period in backups, legal records, and material already shared through the service.

User content is not endorsed by the owner. Content may be reviewed, labeled, restricted, hidden, preserved, or removed where reasonably needed for safety, law, rights protection, or operation.

Except for user content, identified third-party material, open data, and licensed material, the website's original design, code, text, compilations, graphics, branding, and editorial presentation are owned by Sahastranshu Sharma.

You may view the site for personal, lawful, non-commercial use. No other license is granted. Protected material may not be republished, sold, rebranded, stripped of rights notices, copied into a competing service, or commercially exploited without written permission or a right granted by law.

Third-party names, logos, images, footage, mission marks, and data remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

To report infringement, use the contact form and provide your identity, contact details, the protected work or right, the exact URL and material, the basis of the claim, and a good-faith statement that the notice is accurate and authorized. We may verify and forward the notice, preserve evidence, and restrict material during review. Knowingly false or abusive notices may result in account action or legal liability.

Launch dates, mission details, specifications, maps, comparisons, research summaries, and livestream links may change or contain source errors. The site is educational and informational, not an official operational, navigational, engineering certification, safety, legal, financial, or investment service. Verify time-sensitive or safety-critical facts with the relevant primary source.

The service may link to, embed, or use third-party providers, including Google, GitHub, email delivery, monitoring, hosting, infrastructure, maps, livestreams, and source websites. Their terms apply to their services. We do not control their availability, security, accuracy, or conduct.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the contact page. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access, remove content, or preserve records for violations, security risks, law, inactivity, rights complaints, abuse, or operational need.

Features and these Terms may change. Updates will show a revised date; material changes may also be announced through the site or email. Continued use after the effective date accepts the revised Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VersalSpace is provided "as is" and "as available," without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. Non-excludable consumer rights remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahastranshu Sharma is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss; loss of data, profits, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill; third-party conduct; or reliance on changing aerospace information. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability for claims connected with the free service is limited to the greater of the amount paid directly for the affected service in the preceding 12 months or INR 1,000, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Sahastranshu Sharma against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your content, infringement of rights, or material breach. This does not cover the owner's fraud, willful misconduct, or non-transferable liability.

Indian law governs these Terms. Before filing a claim, send a written description through the contact page and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution unless urgent relief is reasonably required. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and non-waivable jurisdiction, disputes will be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as necessary and the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Accounts and these Terms may not be transferred without permission. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and incorporated notices are the complete agreement.
